Turns out, Kung Fu literally means "an achievement paid off through hard work," not the Chinese martial arts we immediately think of when we hear the term.

I had to improvise a little here but here are some things I learned about the term during this shoot: keep the hands like a blade as straight and collinear as possible, find complete balance through the core by imagining a rod going straight through your body, focus on the right muscle groups, be intentional about everything, in order to achieve...

Wearing a slightly cropped contrast shirt on top of the white layered shirts visually brought the waist up while the wide legged trousers facilitated movement and covered my bowed legs to keep everything sharp and linear.

And as for our setting today, do make your way on over to the most expensive train station in the world, the Oculus building at the World Trade Center is now officially open and on its way towards final completion.
